She is survived by: her children, Beverly Perry (Michael) of North Wilkesboro, Michelle Church of North Wilkesboro, Harley Church (Laura) of Kings Creek and Donny Church of Ohio; and her sister Katherine Barber of Millers Creek. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.
