She was predeceased by: her husband James Lawson; her grandson Matthew Stephen Lawson; and her siblings, Dean Prim, Mary Ruth Wood and Barbara Steelman.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Lawson (Deborah) and Terry Lawson (Renee); her grandchildren, David Lawson (Raina), Justin Lawson (Crystal), Mark Lawson (Dana) and Suzanne Poindexter; her great grandchildren, Morgan Lawson, Luke Lawson, Daniel Poindexter, Emily Lawson and Matthew Poindexter; her sisters, Ora Lee Sebra of Vero Beach and Margaret Shore; and her brother-in-law Porter Lawson (Frances).
