He was predeceased by: his siblings, Irene Casstevens Sizemore Pinnix, Ruby Casstevens Oaks, Charlie, Donald, Fred, George and Roy Casstevens.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Lee Crissman Casstevens; his brother Frank Casstevens of Advance, NC; his foster daughter Pamela Hobson Boehme (John) of Winston-Salem; and his grandsons, Austin Boehme (Lara) of Asheville and Hunter Boehme of Columba, S. C.. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Richmond Hill Baptist Church Youth Group and the Building Fund, 2205 Richmond Hill Church Road, Boonville, NC 27011.
