With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laura Sparks (Boonville, North Carolina), who passed away on July 3, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Phillip Sparks; and her siblings, Heston Powell, Fairye Fuller and Ann Kinsey. She is survived by: her children, Chris Sparks (Phyllis), Renee Lawson (Terry), Joyce Reece (Kevin) and Laurie Powell (Arnold); her daughter-in-law Cathy Sparks; her grandchildren, Christie Sparks, Melissa Sparks, Brent Lineberry, Amanda Bullin (Ronnie), Rebecca Pendry (Richard), Chet Powell (Megan) and Savanna Powell; her great grandchildren, Austin Lineberry, Andrew Lineberry, Colton Bullin, Kylie Bullin, Jace Pendry and Autumn Pendry; her sisters, Rosa Wilhelm (Homer) and Landa Brown; and her significant other Sheba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
