She was predeceased by: her father Efren Alvarado. She is survived by: her children, Octavio Luis (Alejandrina), Alvaro Luis and Yolanda Hernandez (Aurelio); and her sister Carmela Alvarado. She is also survived by fifteen Grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren.
