He was predeceased by: his parents, Meggs Collins and Alma Smith Collins; his wife Mary Jane Hardy Collins; his daughter Terry Ford; his great grandchild Heidi Mae Hardy; and his siblings, Elsie, Mae, Dean, Carl, John, Calvin, George, Henry, Robert and Floyd.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Loretta Guden (Scott), Chris Hardy (Terri), Bradley Hardy (Melissa) and Amanda Brown (Luke); his great grandchildren, Jakob, Emerie, Gracie, Israel, Lauryn Faith Guden, Bethanie, Jemma Hardy, Abby and Laura Jane Hardy; his siblings, Betty Sizemore, Leathy Ferguson, James Collins (Clara) and Davie Lee "Butch" Collins; and also, Dan Roth, Mark Fleshman and Gary Meeks.
