Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Garnett Elizabeth Baker Mickles of Boonville, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 89, on January 18, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Baker and Minnie Baker; her brothers, Bobby and Clavel Baker; and her husband Marvin Judees Mickles.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Pinnix (Melvin); and her grandchildren, Lee Decker (Morgan) and Elizabeth Rice (Waylon). She is also survived by other step grandchildren, several great and step great grandchildren.
Due to Covid guidelines the family will not have a celebration of life service, instead they will have a graveside service 11:00 AM Thursday January 21, 2021 at Union Cross friends church by Dr. Robin Dixon.
