He is survived by: his siblings, Josefina, Concepcion, Teresa, Rufina, Miguel, Nicolas, Rufino, Juan and Federico; his wife Martha Gonzalez; his children, Rosa (Jose Salas), Placido Gonzalez (Elvira), Victor Gonzalez (Reina), Moises Gonzalez (Maria), Maria Margarita (Nicolas Alvarez), Ricardo Gonzalez (Gladis) and Paula (Ernesto Parro); his grandchildren, Angelica, Jose Luis, Rosa, Kassandra Kelley, Erick, Maritza, Christian, Miguel, Carmen, Edith, Janet, Victor Manuel, Maria Guadalupe, Daisy Elizabeth, Natalie, Daniel, Andrea, Martin David, Jonathan, Nicolas, Erik, Carolina, Isabella, Diego, Tommy and Sammy; his great grandchildren, Alex, Alina, Gabriel, Emanuel and Samuel; his stepchildren, Sandra Sorto, Gladis (Christian Garcia) and Marta (Keith Vestal); his stepgrandchildren, Karina, Alfredo, Kevin, Elias, Danielle, Emilia and Iveth; and the mother of his children Maria Guadalupe Nunez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service of Yadkinville (5108 US-601, Yadkinville, NC 27055). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Divine Redeemer Catholic Church (209 Lon Ave, Boonville, NC 27011).
