She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Warren Sizemore and Edna Faye Fletcher Sizemore; her husband Billy Wade Adams; her brother William Dale Sizemore; and her friend Lura Janice Crissman Moxley.
She is survived by: her son Timothy W. Adams of Winston-Salem, NC; her godchildren, Nameeta, Tejus Penkar of San Clemente, CA, Maneesh and Sejal Penkar; her sister Brenda Puckett (Jerry Teaster); her nieces and nephews, Mike, Brent, Leslie, Dale, Jason, Margaret, Jean, Debbie, Carmen, Cheryl, Dawn, Lisa and Susan M; her friends, Jyoti and Suresh Penkar; and also, Rania, Kethan of Portland, OR, Aiden and Kieran of Manhattan Beach, CA.
