She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lee Husk; her sons, Billy Joe Smith and Jimmy Lee Childress (Beverly); her stepchildren, Christina Culp, Kayla Motley, Richard Husk and Janie Bell (Terry); and her siblings, Tammy Reinhardt (Brad), Willie Mullis (Tracy) and Roger Mullis (Carolyn).
