He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Russom and Martha Jane Harper Russom; and his sister Jo Ann Russom (Mary Kay). He is survived by: his wife Jean Vogler Russom; his children, Scott Swaim (Carla) and Stephanie Swaim; his grandchildren, Grayson Swaim and Alexandria "Ali" Allport (Billy); his great grandchildren, Adeline and Eloise; and his sister Janie Russom. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
