He was predeceased by: his father William Larry Ray. He is survived by: his son Samuel Ray; his stepchildren, Allison Jones and Taylor Jones; his stepgrandson Colton Jones; his brother Michael Ray (Sarah); and his nieces, Jordan Mays, Destiny Ray, Olivia Ray and Maggie Ray (Anthony Rangel).
