He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Crissman and Goldie Crissman; his stepfather Claude Hobson; his sister Janice C. Moxley; and his stepbrother Don Hobson.
He is survived by: his wife Eloise Hobson Crissman; his children, Joey (Mechelle Crissman), Jill C. (Robert Logan) and Ginger C. (Will Hamric); his great grandchildren, Charlie Joe, Eloise Kate Crissman, Sadie and Ross Laws; his siblings, Frankie Hutchens, Cora Lee Casstevens, Jack, Linda Crissman, Kay and Wayne Hays; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Moxley and Nancy Hobson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to RHBC Building Fund or to RHBC youth Ministries c/o Impact 2021 at 2205 Richmond Hill Church Road, Boonville, NC 27011. 2Timothy 4:7 "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.".
