He is survived by: his sons, Dale Webb (Penny) and Jeffery Webb (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jamie Watkins, Jody Webb, Nicholas Webb and Nichole Rupard; his great grandchildren, Saylor Webb, Bethney Webb and Ethan Webb; his sisters, Mary June Madison and Betty Jo Sapp (George); and his nieces and nephews, Mark Casstevens, Nick Kane, Mathew Kane, Tammy Shore, Tara Ring and Julie Nash.
