We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2020, at the age of 76, William Franklin Dotson (Boone, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Dotson and Ruth Pitts Dotson; and his grandson Jacob Daniel Davison. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dotson; his children, Dawn Boyter, Eddie Lopez, Daphne Genberg, Cindy Beuttel and William Franklin Dotson, III; his granddaughters, Tiffany Pugh and Maria Venable; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Lincoln Pugh; and his sister Kathy Adams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Christian Outreach Center at the First Baptist Church of Boone at: 375 W King St, Boone, NC 28607.
