She was predeceased by: her mother Paula P. Williams; her husband William Lee Councill; and also Harvey E. Williams. She is survived by: her children, Catrinia L. Councill, William W. Councill and Pamela C. Osborne; her grandchildren, Seth M. Osborne (Hayley), Tiffany C. Savage (Brandon), Brittany N, Trivette-Bare (Brandon) and Whitney R. Trivette (Dakota Councill); her great grandchildren, Kaliyah Councill, Vera J. Hart, Macie Osborne, Levi Osborne and Lucian Bare; and her brother John W. Williams (Nancy).
