With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Sheldon Whittington of Boone, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 47. He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Dottie Whittington; his daughter Alaina Whittington Pearce of Taylorsville; his grandsons, Lyric and Ace; his siblings, John LaCue (Sonya), Doug Moore (Joan), Curt Moore (Kim) and Gloria Moore; his nephew Devan LaCue; his nieces, Jayden LaCue and Ashlyn Moore; and his cousins, Colby Moore, Seth Moore, Anderw Moore, Bridgette Triplett and Justin Moore.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hampton Funeral Service to help with funeral expenses.
