She is survived by: her children, Norman Eugene Hicks (Penny) of Boone and Diane Hicks Coffey (David) of Vilas; her grandchildren, Kelley Denise Parsons (Jamie), Dustin James Hicks (Macy), Allison Hicks Taylor (Cameron) and Samuel Logan Coffey; her great grandchildren, Blake Allen Parsons, Lucas Martin Parsons and Blaine Bennett Taylor; and her brother James Lewis Bingham of Georgia.
The family suggests memorials to Tabernacle Baptist Church, in care of Judy Hampton, 3004 North Pine Run Rd., Boone, or to Medi-Home Health and Hospice, 400 Shadowline Drive, Suite 102, Boone.
