She was predeceased by: her parents, Newell Propst and Mattie Propst; and her son Robert Lewis Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Ann Thomas Hicks; her sons-in-law, Richard Paul Hicks (Nancy Gail Thomas-Canter) of Banner Elk, NC and Jeffery Potter of Todd, NC; and her grandchildren, Richard, John, Josh Hicks, Mitchell, Tony Thomas, Justin Ross and Makayla Canter. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
