He was predeceased by: his brothers, Davie Sauder and Timmy Sauder. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Sauder Beck, Charles Sauder, Taylor Sauder, Parker Sauder and Riley Sauder; and his siblings, Steve Sauder, Cindy Sauder McArthur and Jennie Sauder Mullowney.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which he became very grateful to and connected with after his oldest brother battled leukemia at a very young age. While unfortunately his brother Davie lost his battle with cancer, Jim donated to St. Jude monthly for countless years.
