He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Holaday and Margaret Holaday; and his siblings, Carolyn Lye, Joann Griffis and Wilbur Holaday.
He is survived by: his wife Earlene Miller Holaday; and his siblings, Jennifer Denny of New Castle, Indiana, Lynn Holaday of Boone and Richard Holaday of Boone. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
