He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Borkowski and Felicia Borkowski. He is survived by: his wife Kay Kaiser; and also, Stanley Borkowski (Inga), Anne-Marie Scott (Robert), Christian Borkowski (Karen), Molly Scott, Nora Scott, Ian Borkowski and Ryan Borkowski.
A rosary will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Austin & Barnes Funeral Home and Crematory (194 Queen St, Boone, NC 28607). Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Austin & Barnes Funeral Home & Crematory (194 Queen St, Boone, NC 28607). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Elizabeth Catholic Church (259 Pilgrims Way, Boone, NC 28607).
