He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight M. Osborne and Locie Price Osborne; his grandparents, Kelly, Dessie Roark Osborne, Milton and Rachel Price (Lewis); and his aunts and uncles, Beatrice Price, Queen Grubb, Lena Ball, Iva Lea Hodge, Faye Roark, Rex Osborne, Harry L. Osborne, Ray Osborne, Fred Price, Paul Price, Glen Price, Cecil Price, Burt Price and Dwight Price.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall Osborne (Katy) of Deep Gap, Trever Osborne of Boone and Bryan Osborne of Boone; his siblings, Gary K. Osborne (Linda Osborne) of Creston and Bernadene O. Wills (Mike) of Mountain City, TN.; his grandson Landen Osborne of Deep Gap; and his nieces and nephews, Gary Wills (Liza), Jeff Banks (Joni), Amy W. McLaughlin (Josh), Melissa Banks, Karleigh McLaughlin, Brenna Banks Potter (Martin) and Miranda Banks.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Austin and Barnes Funeral Home and Crematory (194 Queen St, Boone, NC 28607). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
