He was predeceased by: his mother Ebony Latrice Carter; and his grandmother Gertrude Carter. He is survived by: his uncle Willie; his aunt Katrina Smith of Boone, NC; his father Chauncey Eugene Garvin, II of Jacksonville; his sisters, A'naysha Latrice Lamb of California, Sabi Na Kili Williams of Jacksonville, Florida. and Katrice Nicole Matthews of Jacksonville, Florida.; his grandmother Mary Autry of Jacksonville; and his great-grandparent Minnie King Pilson of Winston-Salem, NC.. He is also survived by great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The Smith family has requested that in lieu of flowers, monetary donations be may to Austin and Barnes Funeral Home & Crematory to go towards expenses.
