He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Ragan and Edna Greene Ragan; and his sister Barbara Eggers. He is survived by: his wife Alma Gentry Ragan; and his children, Teresa Ragan Gool (Buck Judkins) of Alaska, Neal Ragan (Libby) of Boone and Melvin A. Ragan (Anita Miller). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
