Betty Teem Gill Obituary
We bid farewell to Betty Teem Gill (Boone, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 6, 2025 at the age of 91. Betty Teem touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McGee and Ruby Andrews McGee; her husbands, William Delbert Teem and Ronald Gill; and her grandson Hogan Teem.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Teem (Gail) of Okatie, SC, David Teem (Allyson) of Washington, NC and Carol Teem Ayers (Brian Ayers) of Youngsville, NC; her sisters, Theresa McGee of Lenoir, NC and Jean Benfield of Lenoir, NC.; and her grandchildren, Rachel Teem Gentry, Ryne Teem, Emily Peters, Timothy Ayers, Caleb Ayers, Maggie Ayers and Rebekah Ayers. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Alliance Bible Fellowship (1035 North Carolina Hwy 105 Bypass, Boone, NC 28607). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to honor Betty at her favorite ministry, Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC, which she faithfully supported.
