She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Carl Bentley and Ruia Lillian Lowrance Bentley; her husband Mead Taylor; her grandson Allen Hayslett; her brother Bill Bentley; her son-in-law Freddie Ballard; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Bentley and Sylvia Bentley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Ballard of Mountain City and Karen Taylor of Foscoe; her grandchildren, Carrie Jane Isaacs (Joe Trivette) of Whitnel, Brian Ballard of Mountain City and Hank Ballard of Mountain City; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Isaacs (Hannah), Alana Isaacs (Elijah), McKenzie Ballard (Ian), Hope Ballard (Tyler), Chloei Ballard (Dalton), Quentin Earp, Madison, Lucas and Maci; her great great grandchildren, Grayson, Levie, Zelda, Jayce, Matthew and Corbin; her siblings, Patsy Pendley (Bill) of Cherryville, Barber Winebarger (Jerry) of Lenoir, Phyllis Moretz (Jerry) of Boone, Nancy Greer (Charles) of Vilas, Jerry Bentley of Lenoir and Eddie Bentley (Nancy Jane) of Mtn; and also Gordon Noble. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
