He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wilmer Loyd Triplett and Fanny "Granny" Broyhill; and his sister Misty Bowden. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Glen Williams (Anita) of Boomer and Tammy Triplett Howell (Jim) of Ashe County; his children, Timothy Lee Williams, Maryjane Renee Williams and Ashley Carlynne Williams; his grandfather James Dillard (Martha) of Boomer; and his sisters, Emily Lynne Woods (Jason) of Ashe County, Holly Elizabeth Williams of Wilkesboro, Hannah Marie Howell of Ashe County and Donna Osborne of Huntersville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
