She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frazier of Washington and Nellie Triplett Frazier; her husband James Atwell German; her siblings, Fern Lackey, Pansy Munday, Forrest Frazier and Jay Frazier; and her son-in-law Steve Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine German Osborne of Boomer and Ed German (Abi) of Boomer; her grandchildren, Stephanie Scott (Michael), Amanda McMillan (Edwin), Wesley Osborne, Nathan Osborne (Nicole) and Susan Osborne; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Eli Scott, Abby, Marlo McMillan and Alyssa Osborne; and her siblings, Joanne Dancy of North Wilkesboro, Charlotte Frazier of Boomer and Gilbert Frazier of Millers Creek.
