He was predeceased by: his father Howard Theadore. He is survived by: his mother Fannie Levina Anderson Milam of Boomer; and his siblings, Randy Theadore Milam of Elk Park, N. C., Rebecca Sue Reynolds (Rex) of Boomer, Nancy Milam of Millers Creek and Judy Penley (Tim) of Lenoir. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
