He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Glen Walker and Francis Marie Watkins; and his daughter Barbara Lynn Walker. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Walker; his daughters, Sharon Key (Michael) of Moravian Falls, Bobbie Walker of Millers Creek, Kathy Key (Mark) of North Wilkesboro and Robin Souther of North Wilkesboro; and his siblings, Bertha Hilton, Judy McNeil, Elaine Davidson, Gary Walker and Allen Walker. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
