Everette Carlton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Everette Carlton of Boomer, North Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. George Lloyd Carlton and Hassie Hayes Carlton; his wife Mary Essie Carlton; his grandson Fritz Allen Colbert, Jr.; and his siblings, Flossie Carlton of Virginia, Ed Lee Carlton, Fredrick Carlton and Ferlon Carlton.
He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Ann Turrill (David) of Canada, Mary Mactoria Carlton of Winston-Salem, Gail Carlton Colbert (Fritz) of Boomer and Eric Maurice Carlton of Wilkesboro; and his siblings, Dorothy Mae Carlton of Moravian Falls, Elsie R. Barnes of Moravian Falls and Ervin G. Carlton (Gloria) of Moravian Falls. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
