He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Watson and Martha White Watson; and his brother Nonesone Watson. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Wayne Watson; his daughter Kimberly Hicks (James); his stepchildren, Crystal Webster (John) and Casey Koenig (Larry); his siblings, Gaither Watson, Aquilla Watson and Mathalene Epright; and his close friend Truett Smithey (Kathy). He is also survived by four grandchildren, and multiple nieces and nephews.
