She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gerald Dewayne Patrick and Melissa Ann Patrick; and her grandparents, Jolly, Easter Rose Jacobs, Gather and Aggie Mae Patrick.

She is survived by: her parents, Kermit Patrick and Louise Jacobs Patrick of Bolton; her brothers, Brandon Patrick (Kyaran) of Whiteville, Shelton Patrick (Rita) of Bolton and Todd Patrick of Council; and her nieces and nephews, Brisson Patrick, Adriana Patrick, Elizabeth Patrick, Nicole Patrick, Taylor Patrick, Devin Patrick, Layton Patrick, Gavin Ammons, Caleb Ammons, Gage Ammons and Carlos McClure.
