She was predeceased by: her parents, Allison "Cleo" Jacobs and Lunita J. Jacobs; her daughter Amy Michelle Patrick; and her brothers, Rudolph Jacobs and Edward Jacobs.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Collum; her daughter Lagretta A. Newton (Jeffrey Newton) of Willard; her siblings, Johnnie Ray Jacobs of Tabor City, Carnell Jacobs (Kimberly) of Bolton, Lounita J. Barsh (Thomas) of Bolton, James Stafford of Bolton, Andrew Wayne Jacobs (Linda) of Leland and Dennis M. Jacobs (Lisa) of Whiteville; her grandchildren, Kasey Watts, Johnny Aaron Watts (Allison), Jeffrey Newton, Jr. and Marsha Newton; and her great grandchild Hinley Watts.
