He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Earl Patrick Sr. and Mamie Webb; and his sisters, Eileen Spaulding and Lillie Carter. He is survived by: his son Earl Barty Patrick (Dena) of Buckhead; his grandchildren, Nickolas Hunt Epps, Victoria Ann Patrick and Caleb Earl Patrick; his children, Stevie Lane Jacobs (Belle) of Buckhead, Lasandra Young (Benjamin) of Holden Beach, Carla Freeman (Harry) of Buckhead, Chris Jacobs (Melissa) of Pembroke and John Jacobs (Michelle) of Buckhead; and his siblings, Burma Patrick, Yvonne Ketchem (Bob) of Ladson, SC, Jane Jackson (Herman) of Salemburg, NC and Clyde Ray Patrick of Bolton, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews who lost a parent.
