Avalos (Angel) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jessica L. Jacobs of Bolton; his grandchildren, Christopher, Camron, Cory, Adreiona, Cameron, Hayley, Chase, Aniyaah, Kaeden, Alayna, Naomi, Aliah and Helena; and his siblings, Wilford R. Jacobs (Donna) of Bolton, Haleen Freeman (Charles) of Bolton, Eliza Jane Jacobs of Clinton, Ellen Freeman of Bolton and Debra Jacobs (Don) of Bolton.
