He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen Lewis, Sr. and Irene Shaw Lewis; his grandson Brett Lewis (Toby Lewis); and his siblings, Joe Lewis, Eddie Lewis and Dianne Williford.
He is survived by: his former wife Belinda Green Lewis; his children, Charles Allen "Chuck" Lewis, III of Bolton, Mandy Brown (Steven) of Bolton, Tim Lewis (Tiffany) of Bolton and Keith Lewis (Jessica) of Bolton; his grandchildren, Kevin Lewis (Ashleigh), Breanna Aguilera (Alex), Dakota Lewis (Kayla), Andrea Brown, Drew Brown, Sarah Meadows, Chase Lewis, Justin Lewis, Leigha Reaves, Karson Lewis, Ensley Lewis and Avery Lewis; and his brother Bill Lewis of Bolton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
