He is survived by: his wife Cindy Fernanda Raygoza Pena of Bolton; his daughter Nirvana Faith Patrick of Delco; and his siblings, Sable LeAnne Patrick of Myrtle Beach, SC, Alisha M. Jacobs of Bolton, Jason Payne (Angie) of Banner Elk and Justin Payne (Jessica) of Bear Creek.
