He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew James Jacobs Sr. and Dorothy Mae Freeman Jacobs; and his sisters, Dorothy Brewington and Tresa K. Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Renee Jacobs; and his sisters, Patty Norris (Heber), Avie Patrick, Darlene Graham (Mike), Audrey Watson (Timmy) and Sandra Daniels (Chris).
