He is survived by: his wife Lynda Brigman Britt; his children, Michael Britt (Margaret) of Shallotte, NC and Melissa Britt of Southport, NC; and his siblings, George Britt of Rockingham, NC, Joe Britt of Holden Beach, NC and Carolyn Britt of Dunn, NC.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
