He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fairley Benoy, Jr. and Kathryn Hughes Benoy; and his sister Saundra Saldana. He is survived by: his children, Warren Benoy and Taylor Compher (Jeremiah Anderson); his granddaughter Lily Compher; his siblings, Justin Benoy (Misty) of Holden Beach and Tracey Gossett (Clay) of Las Lunas, NM; his fiancée Rebecca Lee Martin; and his fiancée's son Elijah Milliken of Supply. He is also survived by three nieces and four nephews.
