He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Collins and Josephine Collins; his wife Patricia Collins; and his son Jason Lex Collins. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Collins and Ashley Williams (Thomas); his grandchildren, Garrett, Kinley, Mason, Shannon and Angel; and his brother Alan Collins.
