He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Howard, Sr. and Narcie Duncan Howard; and his wife Oree Howard. He is survived by: his children, Timmy Howard (Fay) of Bolivia, NC, Danny Ray Howard of Tampa, FL and Debby Adkins of Bolivia, NC; his grandsons, Matthew Adkins and Joshua Howard; his great grandchildren, Kathrine Adkins (Christopher) and Reid Abbott; and his close friend Naconiel Fullwood.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorials be directed to the Faith Baptist Church Western North Carolina Relief Fund at PO Box 55, Bolivia, NC 28422.
