He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward White Maultsby, Sr. and Ida Mae Beck Maultsby. He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Gainey Maultsby; his children, Thomas Shane Maultsby (Michelle Stanley Maultsby) of Winnabow and Shannon Maultsby Phillips (Scott) of Winnabow; his grandchildren, Erin Leigh Maultsby, Andrew Scott Phillips, Neal Thomas Maultsby, Mason Gage Phillips, Reagan Elizabeth Phillips and Madison Batten Davies; and his brothers, Edward White Maultsby Jr. (Nellie) of Winnabow and Joseph O'Neil Maultsby (Pauline) of Wilmington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
