It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Lee Gest Sr. (Bolivia, North Carolina), born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on November 11, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winnie Nell Dial Gest of Wilmington, NC and Charles J. Gest; his brothers, Joe Gest and Wayne Gest; his wife Dawna Gest; his children, Brandy Gest of Seattle Washington, Chassity Marze of Indian Trail, NC, Cheyenne Gest of Charlotte, Terry Gest, Jr. (Bailey) of Belmont and Nicholas Hersom of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his brother Danny Gest of Columbus, Ohio; and his pets, Annie, Zorro and Josie.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project.
