She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John F Stitch (Jack), Virginia Stitch (Jenny), Raymond Smith and Dorothy. She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Patrick Smith and Patricia Stitch Webb; her significant other Charles Simmons (Aaron); her children, Kala Spriggs (Neill), Kourtney Eagle (Shane) and Jeffery Rhinehart (Natalie); her grandchildren, Brylee, Bronson Spriggs, Ethan and Isaac Eagle; her siblings, Troy Smith (Tania), Kimberly Lawler (Jimmy) and Ashley Hester (Chris); and her parents-in-law, Charles R Simmons of Supply and Julie Clemmer of Bolivia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
