She was predeceased by: her father Paul J. Klutz, Jr.; and her siblings, Paul "Pete" Klutz III, Herman "Buck" Klutz, Bonnie K. McGlaughlin, Glenna K. Marinaro, Lloyd "Bill" Klutz, Linda K. "Tootsie" Parker and Larry "Oggie" Klutz.

She is survived by: her siblings, Helen K. Clark and Richard Klutz (Gayle); her daughters, Bonnie R. Leonard (Barry) and Teresa R. Hewett (Charlie); her grandchildren, Michael Hewett, Courtney Green (Jackson) and Kyle Hewett; and her great grandchildren, Isaac Stowell, Nathan Green and Callie Green. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a large extended family.
