He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman George Lillywhite and Pauline Lillywhite; and his daughter Lisa Ann Self. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lillywhite; his daughter Nikki Sauceda (Alex); his brother Richard Lillywhite (Margo); his grandchildren, Stephanie Clark (Jeffrey), Erin Self, Kasidee Rainge (Jeff), Haley Vines, Kenedy Vines and Kimberly Hinton; and his great grandchildren, Deacon and Paisley. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
