We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2024, at the age of 84, Sheila Anne Gavin (Bolivia, North Carolina), born in Athens, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Leyden and Anne Rudden Leyden. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Gavin; her children, Tom Gavin of Tampa, FL, Megan Gavin (Katherine) of Cary, NC, Scott Aversano (Alexa) of Brentwood, CA and Sean Aversano (Lisa) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; her grandchildren, Grace, Lucy, Emma, Zach, Natalie, Erin, Finn, Dash, Rex, Will, John and Katherine; and her sister Sharon Leyden of Ewing Township, NJ. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
